Anyone can report violations of the Code of Conduct by JASTECH,Ltd.'s executives and employees.

Examples of violations of the Code of Conduct

  • Acceptance and donation of money, valuables and entertainment with employees or stakeholders
  • Private financial transactions between stakeholders and exercise of undue pressure
  • Leakage of customer and company information
  • Embezzlement/misappropriation of company funds and damage to property
  • Matters related to overlapping employment, concurrent employment, sexual harassment, etc.

Procedure for reporting violations of the Code of Conduct

Upon receipt of a report of violation of the Code of Conduct by an executive or employee of JASTECH,Ltd., the facts are immediately checked, the necessary investigation is conducted, and the report is notified of the result. Confidentiality of the reporter's identity is guaranteed, and disadvantageous measures for reporting, etc., are prohibited.
